This 1896 brick row house in Richmond, Virginia’s Fan District received a complete top to bottom renovation including removal of earlier additions at the rear of the home and creation of a new two story addition. Interior and exterior details were carefully constructed in keeping with the original architecture of the home. The project included all new electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling systems as well as redoing all the fixtures, finishes and lighting. Custom designed made cabinetry was installed throughout the home. completing the project was a newly constructed rear landscaping including brick and bluestone terraces, planters, privacy wall with custom garden gate and a paved off street parking area.
